Flashback Friday ~Sunflowers

I didn't plant any sunflower seeds this year so I'm missing them this fall. So lets flash back to 2009 when I had a few sunny faces in the yard.

Could there be anything more cheery

On a fall day

Than a sunshiny flower

Like this?

I definitely need to make sure and plant some next year!

Because when the days get shorter

They really seem to make the most of the daylight hours!

Hope you have a Sunflower kind of day!

If you have a flashback of any kind that you'd like to share just add your link below

I'm joining in for Fertilizer Friday over at Tootsie Time this week. Go check it out HERE

Pretty sunflowers, Suzy! I've been seeing such pretty bouquets of them in the store! Thanks for bringing sunshine to us, we've had a bit of rain here!

I was having a flash back this morning to this spring when I thought my tomatoes would never grow and now they are so bountiful!

I didn't plant sunflowers this year either. I will definitely have to correct that oversight next year!
